Does it pay for itself?
Guesthouse: a four-night family stay at R2,500 a night is R10,000. Booked through a portal, R1,500 to R1,800 of that is gone. Booked through your own site, all of it is yours. One booking a month that comes to you instead of the portal pays for the plan twice over, and your first year (R11,000 all in) is covered by seven of them.
Trade: one solar installation or one security contract is worth more than your website costs in a year. If the site wins you a single job you would otherwise have lost to the business above you on Google, it has paid for itself.

About 15 minutes, in plain words, on your phone. That is the whole of your homework. You never write a word of website copy; we write all of it.
We build, you review
Within 72 hours of receiving your details you get a link to your finished site, plus a short video walking you through it. Then comes one consolidated round of changes. List everything you want adjusted and we make it right.

We connect your domain and the site goes live. The domain is registered in your name from day one. Enquiries come straight to your WhatsApp and your inbox.
We keep it working
This is where most web designers disappear. We don't. Every month we keep your Google presence active, help you gather reviews, and report on the calls, clicks and enquiries the site produced.

Who you will be dealing with
Double Brand is run by me, Bryan Edwards. I live and work on the North Coast, in the same market you do. I know what guests search for in season and what a homeowner types when the power trips at 9pm, and I can meet you face to face instead of through a ticket system.
Right now I do the building and the reporting myself. As we take on more clients I'll bring in help, and you will still have my number.
You will never have to wonder whether the site is working. Every client gets a one-page report each month showing calls, WhatsApp clicks, form fills and direct bookings. If the numbers are weak, I see it the same month you do, and I act on it.
Your site runs on a worldwide hosting network. Loadshedding cannot take it down, because there is nothing local to switch off.
Your domain is registered in your name from day one. If you ever leave, you take your web address and your site content with you. I would rather earn your business every month than lock it in.
Before you pay anything, you get a one-page agreement covering what is included, how the single revision round works, and the support you can hold me to. I answer non-urgent requests within two business days. If your site is down, I respond the same day.

- What do you need from me?
- A link to wherever your business already lives online, your logo if you have one, and about 15 minutes answering questions in plain words. Our assistant pulls your photos, services, rates and reviews from your existing listing, so you are not starting from a blank page. We write every word of the site. If your photos are thin, we will tell you, and work with what you have.
- Where do you get my photos and information from?
- From what you already have: your Airbnb, Booking.com or LekkeSlaap listing, your Facebook page, your Google Business Profile, an old website. Paste the link and our assistant reads it. Anything it finds, you confirm or correct before we use it. Anything it cannot find, it asks you for. Nothing goes on your site that you have not seen.
- I'm a plumber, not a guesthouse. Is this for me?
- Yes. Trades on the Ballito to Umhlanga corridor are half of who we build for. The site is set up around one thing: someone nearby searches for what you do, finds you, and taps WhatsApp. The monthly plan keeps you on Google Maps and turns finished jobs into reviews, which is what moves you up the list.
- Do I have to take the monthly plan?
- No. You can have the site built on its own for R3,500. Most owners take the plan because a site nobody maintains slides off Google within months.
- When do I pay?
- You pay nothing until you have seen your finished site and approved it.
- I already have a domain, or an old site. What happens to it?
- We point your existing domain at the new site, and it stays registered in your name. Anything worth keeping from the old site comes across. If you have no domain yet, we register one for you, in your name, as part of the build.
- Can I cancel the monthly plan?
- Yes. The one-page agreement you sign before paying sets out the cancellation terms, and there is no long contract tying you in. Because your domain is in your name, cancelling never puts your web address at risk.
- Who owns what if I leave?
- You own your domain, your content and your images, and the site itself is built so another host can run it. We keep no hostages.
